Walk the shape of US domestic food supply across 169 ingredients: what America grows for itself versus what it leans on the world for. Every trade figure is nominal value (dollars, not volume); every price is farm-gate, never a wholesale or retail price.

One row per ingredient. Blank cells are not zeros — they are ingredients USDA NASS does not measure for that field. The holes are themselves information about the map.
