A productized offer · recommended for active operators
Standard Care. Hygiene plus two hours of real work.
Everything in Care Plan Light, plus two hours of edits a month, a quarterly strategy review, and priority placement in the Window queue. For operators whose site keeps moving — new specials, new sections, new press, fresh photography — not just standing still.
“Most operators don’t need on-call. They need someone who actually does the next thing on the list this month, without having to send three reminders.”

What two hours of attention actually looks like.
Every Friday note carries the edits log: a timestamped record of what landed on your site this month, what each one took, and what hours you have left. No invoice math, no “was that included?” back-and-forth.

Press: Washington Post mention added to homepage. Created the “Press” band under the hero, dropped in the pull quote + the dated link, made sure the typography matched the rest of the page.

What’s included, every month.
Everything in Care Plan Light, plus three line items new in Standard. Bigger asks still get quoted, but the surface area of “normal monthly work” is meaningfully wider here.
Hosting, SSL, daily backups
Same as Light: 30-day rolling restore window, 5-minute uptime probe, SSL renewal monitored.
Hours & price hygiene
Same monthly check across site, GBP, Yelp, Apple Maps. Holiday hours flagged 14 days out.
Quarterly menu refresh
Same quarterly press-ready PDF. Item swaps and price bumps bundled in.
2 hours of edits / month
Real edits, batched across the month: press mentions, photo swaps, copy changes, schema updates, new sections. Rolls one month if unused.
Quarterly strategy review
One 45-minute working session every 90 days. What’s moving, what to ship next, what to stop. Notes back in writing within 48 hours.
Priority Window queue
Your replies jump the queue. Standard-Care threads get 4-hour weekday response targets — faster than Light’s same-day SLA.
Uptime monitoring + alerts
UptimeRobot every 5 minutes. Synthetic form-submit test. If it breaks at 2am, I see it before you do.
One small request slot
Carryover from Light, on top of the 2-hour budget — small touch-ups (15 min or less) don’t count against your hours.
Monthly note + edits log
Second Friday email, plus the timestamped edits log you saw above. No invoice math, no surprises.

Who it’s for.
Your menu changes monthly. New seasonal items, new specials, new wine list — you need a reliable hand to put them on the site.
You collect press regularly and want someone to actually add it to the homepage, not just promise to remember.
You just had a build land and want a single line item on the books for monthly maintenance + active edits, not two contracts.
You want a quarterly conversation with someone who has been on the floor, looking at the data and telling you what’s next.
How the two hours actually work.
Unused hours roll one cycle.
If a month is quiet and you only used 45 minutes, the remaining 75 carry into the next month (and no further — the plan stays a service, not a savings account). The Friday note shows the running balance in plain numbers.
Bigger asks get quoted, in writing, before any work starts.
If a request needs more than two hours, I’ll send a short scope + flat-fee quote before I touch it — same culture as the rest of the studio. The Plan covers what fits inside two hours; bigger work is a separate line.
Standard sits between Light and Concierge.
Same operator across all three tiers, same Friday-note discipline. The difference is hours of attention and how fast I reply.
