A productized offer · bookable without a call

Care Plan Light. Hours & hygiene, kept current.

The cheapest care plan I offer, the one that prevents the most expensive failure: a customer who shows up to a closed restaurant. Hosting, daily backups, and a monthly check that your hours, holiday hours, and menu prices match across your site, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Apple Maps.

“Hours hygiene isn’t glamorous work. It’s the work that keeps a Tuesday-night two-top from leaving a one-star review because your Yelp said 9pm and your door said 8.”

What lands in your inbox the second Friday of every month.

One short email. Two minutes to read. What I checked, what I changed, what to keep an eye on. Below is the exact format — nothing dressed up, nothing buried.

Casa Tita — March hygiene pass

Quick one. Site’s clean and your hours are matching everywhere except Yelp, which I’ve flagged below. No restore needed this month.

  • Hours match across site, GBP, and Apple Maps. All three say Tue–Sun, 5–10pm; closed Mondays.
  • Yelp still has you closing at 9pm. Edit requested via Yelp’s biz tools yesterday; usually clears in 48h. I’ll confirm next month.
  • Menu prices match the kitchen. Spot-checked 8 items against the printed menu Marcus sent over — all aligned.
  • Easter Sunday closure flagged 14 days out. Hours pushed to site + GBP this morning; Yelp + Apple Maps queued.
  • Uptime: 100% this month. 8,640 probes, zero failed. SSL renewed automatically on March 2.

Small request used this month: Added the WaPo press mention to your homepage Wednesday afternoon. Took about 15 minutes. One more small request available before April 14.

What’s included, every month.

Nine line items, every one of them a thing that costs more not to do than to do. The whole thing fits inside two hours of my attention every month, by design.

What I monitor between Fridays.

5-min uptime probe Contact-form synthetic test SSL expiry alert (60d out) Backup restore drill (quarterly) GBP / Yelp / Maps drift Holiday hours, 14 days out

The monthly cadence, calendared.

A month at Care Plan Light, predictable enough that the kitchen can ignore it. Predictable on purpose.

Week 1

The hygiene pass.

I run the hours-and-prices check across your site, GBP, Yelp, and Apple Maps. Drift flagged, fixes pushed.

Week 2

The Friday note.

Second Friday. What I checked, what I changed, what to watch. Two minutes to read.

Weeks 3–4

Your one small request.

A new menu line, a press mention, a holiday hours swap. Up to 30 minutes — reply to the note and it’s queued.

All month

Uptime + SSL watch.

Every 5 minutes a probe checks your homepage + contact form. SSL alert fires 60 days before expiry.

Who it’s for.

Your site works fine. You’d just rather not be the one remembering to update the holiday hours in four places.
You’ve had one too many one-star reviews from guests who showed up when Yelp said you were open.
You just had me ship an Essentials build or a Menu Drop-In, and you want me to keep the surface current.
You don’t need real-time on-call (yet). One small request a month and a calm Friday email is enough.

What it is not.

In writing, before you click subscribe

  • Not a redesign retainer. Layout changes, new pages, photo replacements, brand work — those get quoted separately. Care Plan Light is hygiene, not new construction.
  • Not 24/7 white-glove. If your site breaks at 2am Sunday, I see the alert and fix it Monday morning. For real-time on-call, look at the full Care Plan ($225/mo).
  • Not for sites I didn’t build. The plan only covers sites the studio shipped, or sites we’ve done a takeover on (which is a separate one-time engagement starting at $750).

Cancel any time. No call required to start or stop.

Bookable without a sales call.

Send a one-line note with your URL through The Window. I confirm fit within four business hours. If your site isn’t one I can care for, I’ll tell you straight — no upsell, no callback funnel.

Cancel from your dashboard, not a phone call.

Stripe handles the monthly $99. Cancel any time, any reason, no questions, no “just one more month” rep call. The 30-day backup window stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

If Light isn’t enough — the next two rungs.

Same operator, same Friday note discipline. More hours of attention, more responsiveness, the same flat-fee culture.
