Owner-uploaded only. Auto-imported guest photos do not count as fresh content. 30-day cadence is healthy; 60+ days is overdue.

When to use it

Pull this sheet out when —

  • Monthly — fifteen minutes with the four channels open in tabs.
  • After a menu change — every dropped dish has a stale photo somewhere.
  • When a channel goes a month without a fresh upload from the owner.
Common mistakes

What operators get wrong

  • Reusing the same hero shot across all four channels. Each channel has a native aspect ratio; one shot can't satisfy all.
  • Uploading vertical photos to website slots that are landscape. Crop forced; the dish gets cut in half.
  • Counting auto-imported user photos on GBP as "new content." They are not — owner-uploaded counts.
