When to use it

Pull this sheet out when —

  • After Lesson 6b — print, walk the list, fix or assign each row.
  • Before any redesign — the leaks tell you which redesign to do.
  • Quarterly with the L16 rhythm — re-rank to catch new leaks.
Common mistakes

What operators get wrong

  • Triaging by what's easy to fix instead of by what's costing you bookings.
  • Calling the redesign a fix. A redesign on top of broken hours stays broken.
  • Fixing a leak then not announcing the fix. The diner who hit it once won't come back without a nudge.
